NMSU is currently using a Bank based system to reconcile our procurement cards. This system can be accessed by clicking on the link to the right of the page.
System login information will be provided upon setting up your access to the Bank System. This login information will be different than your NMSU login information.
In the event where multiple logins have been unsuccessful to the system, you will need to contact the Bank at 1-800-932-0036 and have your password reset to gain access to the system once again. Bank representatives are available 24 hours including holidays.
Do have in hand the following information when contacting the Bank to confirm your identity and expedite the process:
- Company ID
- User Name
- Aggie ID
- Answers to your personal secret questions
